The 2-Day Weekend Getaway wellness program is conducted in the spectacularly beautiful Oro Valley area, just northwest of Tucson, Arizona and about 110 miles south of Phoenix. Lodging accommodations will be discussed below.
The Program venue is adjacent to Pusch Ridge in the scenic Sonoran Desert area, with three majestic peaks rising from 5000 – 6000 feet. The area is remarkable for the diversity of its abundant wildlife, ridges, deep canyons and trails.
The area is served by two airports. The closest is Tucson International Airport, about 40-50 minute’s drive from the Program venue; the other is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, about one and a half hour’s drive.
The healthy, desert climate means that the humidity is very low, with almost 290 days of sunshine per year. Average daytime highs range from 60 degrees Farenheit (F) in January to about 100 degrees F in summer, with lows from 42 degrees average in January to 76 in June and July.

Participants may book their own accommodations and can handle their own transportation needs in order to attend the 2-Day Wellness Weekend Getaway Program and /or to enjoy area excursions and tourist attractions. However, we do offer all-inclusive packages that include resort rooms and restaurants, spa treatments, transportation and wellness program.
